Lin Yifu

Born in Yilan of Taiwan in 1952, graduated as an M.A., Mr. Lin took the positions of Deputy General of Development & Research Institute, and Vice Minister of Rual Department, Rural Development & Research Center of the State Council; Director of the China Center for Economic Research (CCER) of Peking University, Vice Chairman of the ACFIC and Senior Vice President of the World Bank. He is currently Full-time Vice Chairman of the ACFIC, Vice Chairman of China Civilian Chamber of Commerce, Professor and Honorary Dean of National School of Development (NSD) at Peking University. Mr. Lin is a member of the 7^th to 10^th CPPCC National Committees, representative of the 11^th NPC, and a Standing Committee member and Vice Director of the Economic Committee of the 12^th CPPCC National Committee.
