Ye Xiaoshen

Born in Yinxian County, Zhejiang, in 1949, Mr. Ye was Editor of the Mengya Magazine, Editing Board Member and Deputy Editor-in-chief of the TV, Film and Literature Magazine, and Director and Editor-in-chief of the Consulting, Research and Writing Center of Shanghai Cultural Development Co., Ltd. He is currently Deputy Secretary General of Shanghai Institute for Reform, Innovation & Development Strategy, and Researcher at the Shanghai Research Center for the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, also a member of the 1^st to 4^th CPPCC Shanghai Municipal Committees and Vice Head of the Culture, History and Learning Committee of CPPCC.
