Fan Peng

Mr. Fan Peng was born in Huining, Gansu Province in August, 1959. Member of the Communist Party of China, Mr. Fan has successively served, among others, as President and Party Secretary of Gansu Academy of Social Sciences and Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of the Gansu CPC Committee.

Mr. Fan is currently Executive Deputy President of the Party School of the Gansu CPC Committee where he also lectures as a professor. Mr. Fan is also a Policy-Making Consultation Expert of the Gansu CPC Committee and professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at Lanzhou University and Northwest Normal University. Mr. Fan enjoys the State Council Special Allowance.
