Chairman Zheng Bijian met with Mr. Shaukat Aziz, former Prime Minister of Pakistan, at CIIDS on July 16th, 2018. The two sides exchanged views on China-Pakistan relations, Sino-U.S. relations, and the Belt and Road Initiative among other issues of common interest.

CIIDS Vice Chairman and Secretary General Mr. Wang Boyong and former Special Envoy on CPEC of Pakistan Mr. Zafar Uddin Mahmood attended the meeting.
