Liu Chang

Dr. Liu Chang is a professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the Communication University of China (CUC). He also serves as Deputy Director of Faculty of Journalism and Communication, Dean of School of Journalism, and Director of Europe Media Research Centre at CUC. He is also a think-tank expert, International Communications Adviser of the State Council Information Office of PRC, Special Research Fellow at Peking University Television Studies Centre as well as International Editorial Board Member of the French JournalHERMES. Dr. Liu Chang is also a recipient of such honors as the State Council Special Allowance and the French Knighthood of Culture and Education.
