Liu Xinghua

Mr. Liu Xinghua is currently Director of the Center for Chinese Economic Studies of the China Institute for Innovation and Development Strategy (CIIDS) and Distinguished Professor at Tongji University. Previously, he was Chief Economist of the China Insititute of Finance and Capital Markets of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
